Can't login to the app. Preserve receiving an error. App is English but the error is in Chinese so I do not know what it truly is. Rebooted cellular phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, turned off facts for a few minutes, but no use. I nonetheless cannot log in towards the Successfully Submitted (Awaiting Approval)
